The Perch facility
Our Story

Built by Golfers,
for Golfers.

We grew tired of seasonal closures, crowded courses, and tee times that didn't fit real life. Beavercreek deserved a golf facility that respects how people actually live. Always open, friction-free, and genuinely premium.

The Perch is the answer. Your year-round home base, day or night.
