The Perch doesn't publish a flat rate for corporate events because the real cost depends on your group size, how many bays you need, how long you book them for, and whether you add extras like a PGA pro-led clinic. Submit your details through the corporate inquiry form and the team builds a quote around your actual group.
What Drives the Price
- Group size. Each bay fits up to four players, so a 12-person outing needs more bays than a 6-person one.
- Duration. A two-hour booking costs less than a half-day event, simply by the hour.
- Timing. Peak and non-peak bay rates apply the same way they do for any booking, 5–10pm on weekdays and 9am–10pm on weekends being peak.
- Add-ons. A lesson or clinic led by the full-time PGA professional adds to the total but also adds real value for a client-facing or team-building event.
A Rough Way to Think About It
Start from the standard private bay rate, $20 per 30 minutes non-peak, multiply by the number of bays you'll need for your group size, and multiply again by how many hours you want. From there, layer in any lesson time at the posted lesson rate. It's the same math as booking individually, just scaled to your group.
What's Included
Every corporate booking gets access to the same ProTee VX simulators used by everyday members and walk-ins, full-time PGA professional availability if you want instruction built in, and the flexibility of a 24/7 facility, so you're not locked into a single time slot that works for everyone's schedule.
How to Get an Exact Quote
Fill out the corporate events form with your company name, contact details, group size, and preferred date. The team follows up with a plan and pricing built specifically for your event, no guessing from a generic rate sheet.
