No. All memberships are month-to-month — cancel anytime with no penalty. The exception: if you cancel an Eagle membership, your Founding Member spot is lost permanently.
The Eagle tier closes permanently with no exceptions. If you later cancel, your spot is not reopened — it's gone.
Memberships are managed and billed through Birrdi, our golf facility platform. Payments are processed securely via Square through your Birrdi account.
Yes — you can move between Sparrow and Falcon at any time. Upgrading to Eagle requires an available spot. Downgrading from Eagle means losing your Founding Member status permanently.
Memberships activate and billing begins when The Perch opens. You won't be charged during the pre-opening period.
